Billing Specialist

The Billing Specialist, an integral member of the Firm’s administrative team, is responsible for managing and executing monthly client billing; processing client payment transactions; responding to clients’ billing and payment questions; communicating regularly with clients to collect funds on delinquent accounts; and providing administrative support.  The Billing Specialist must maintain confidentiality of all financial and legal matters.

Associate Attorney

The Associate Attorney is responsible for handling all aspects of a client’s case. This person will work closely with the Firm’s senior attorneys in connection with the Firm’s tax controversy practice on both the federal and state level, including matters related to examination, appeals, tax court litigation, voluntary disclosures, offshore asset compliance and collection alternatives (negotiating installment agreements, currently not collectible, offers in compromise, and bankruptcy).
